So, its all up to the man to protect the women from getting pregnate? What if a women made the mistake of not using protection when she did not want a baby? Answer is..Then she has a choice to abort, give up for adoption, or even in some states just leave the baby at a fire station, or hospital with no charges of neglect being pressed. She could do these things without even telling the dad about the baby and its legal. If a man just decided after his wife/ girlfriend had their baby that he was going to just leave it at a fire station, what would you say or do to the man that did that? ( personally I would want to at least press charges same as I would want to do to any women that did it.) Fact is he would probably go to jail for it, whereas if a women did it .. then she must have had a good reason, or maybe she was scared. So a women can say I dont want this child...A man cannot. Open your eyes men are second class citezens when it comes to there children.
